You’ve seen the clips from Minneapolis. Alex Pretti is on the ground. Agents are on top of him. Shots fire — and within hours, the internet decides the verdict. But here’s the problem: If the bystander video descriptions and sworn witness statements are accurate, this case turns on one brutal question: At the exact moment the first shot was fired… was there an immediate lethal threat?
In this episode, I’m breaking down:
1. What the videos and filings say vs what we don’t know yet
2. The deadly force rules that apply
3. Who can charge whom and why the evidence fight matters AND
4. My opinion on whether this shooting was illegal

You probably think turning off your TV means it stops listening. But what you don’t realize is that these things could still be collecting data — even when the screen’s black. And that data could be accessed by the cops and government agencies without your knowledge or consent.
In this episode, I'm breaking down:
1. How Cops are using your TV to spy on you and
2. The simple settings you need to change to STOP Them.

Say These 4 Words to End Any Traffic Stop. You’re sitting at the side of the road, lights flashing behind you — and the officer keeps chatting, stalling, hoping you’ll slip up. But thanks to a brand-new Supreme Court ruling, there’s now one four-word question that can flip that entire stop in your favor. If you don’t know it — or say it at the wrong time — you risk being held without cause, and every minute you sit there could still be used against you later.
In this episode, I’ll show you:
1. The EXACT 4 words to say to end a traffic stop
2. When to say these words and
3. How to use the NEW Supreme Court Ruling to hold cops accountable if they cross the line and fail to respect your rights.
Four words can now force a cop to either let you go… or justify keeping you there. And the Supreme Court just made them more powerful than ever.

If you just got a speeding ticket, your brain does one of two things: “Maybe I’ll just pay it”… or “Maybe I’ll say the right thing and walk free.” But there is one request that works more often than any argument—because it forces the court to follow its own rules. And once you’ve got it, half the defenses you’ve heard actually start to work—and you get a real shot at dismissal. The "Golden Ticket" Defense That Beats ANY Speeding Ticket.
In this episode, I’m giving you speeding ticket defenses that actually work…but it’s really about one thing: how to get the Golden Ticket, how to use it, and how to win with it.

On March 21, 2025, two officers from the St Louis County PD attempted to arrest a local doctor at his residence for harassment in the first degree. The subject, a former physician, produced a handgun during a struggle with the officers, leading to the officers discharging their weapons and ending the life of the subject.
The key problems? The cops showed up WITHOUT a warrant but forced their way into the man’s home anyway. Is this a viable lawsuit? Was this man’s constitutional rights violated? I have my answers but let’s go through it together and you can form your own opinion and I encourage you to share with me and our community. Then play the news footage here of the initial report of what happened. If you are a subscriber and know your rights, you will know the answer to what you should say to an officer if you find yourself in the place of this physician and cops show up at your front door claiming they can arrest you or wanting to talk with you. Let’s break this down.

You’ve seen the footage. ICE Agents demand she gets out of the car. She accelerates the SUV. Shots fire, and within hours, the internet decides the verdict. But here’s the problem: self-defense law doesn’t care what Twitter thinks. It runs on something far stricter — a 3-part checklist that decides every self-defense claim in America. In this episode, I'm walking you through the legal framework — clearly, cleanly, and without bias —So you understand the only LEGAL question that matters: at the exact moment the trigger was pulled… was deadly force legally necessary?

Imagine this: you call 911 in a real emergency. You’re panicking. You need help. And the dispatcher pulls up your location… and your name shows up with a RED FLAG. You’ve never been arrested. Never been charged. But a system already decided you’re a risk. And here’s the part that should bother everyone—you were never told. No warning. No explanation. No appeal. So what decides that red flag… and how close are we to a system that scores your whole life?
In this episode, I'll show you:
1. How cops are secretly scoring you to keep a watch list and
2. Specific actions you can take to stop cops from harassing you on their made up “watch list”
Oh, and stick around to the end. 5 New Rules Every Gun Owner Must Know (NEW Supreme Court Ruling). An officer should respect your right to legally carry — but what happens when he gets antsy and gets aggressive with you? In that moment, your heart’s racing, your hands are frozen, and you’re trying to decide if telling him you’re armed will calm him down or make things worse. Now, thanks to a 2025 Supreme Court ruling, everything you did before that gun came out is fair game in court — and it could decide whether force against you was “reasonable.” In this episode, I’ll walk you through:
1. The Ruling & Importance of Barnes vs. Felix (NEW SCOTUS RULING)
2. The five factors that officers — and courts — are now required to weigh during use of force, and
3. How to use each of these 5 factors to tip the legal result in your favor.
After you know these rules, you can survive the stop, protect your rights, and know exactly what to say — and what not to say — to make sure your behavior becomes evidence that helps you, not the reason you end up charged or worse.
